Congratulations to our members of the WCAS Board of Directors who were elected to serve three-year terms beginning in March.
The following officers and directors were selected during voting by WCAS members:

- Vice President Brian Retterer
- Treasurer Mark Davidson
- Secretary Chuck Fairbanks
- Membership Director Marge Batten
- Astronomy Education Director Chad Husting
- Member at Large Audrey Nielson
- Member Education and Activities Director Rajesh Acharya
Past President Jeff Blazey continues in that role on our board.
The previous Board of Directors decided last fall to expand the board to 11 seats. Two roles remain vacant:
- Public Events Director and Volunteer Coordinator
- Community Outreach Director
The Board of Directors will appoint two members to help coordinate astronomy events for the public and community groups. If you are interested in serving in these roles, contact president@wcas-oh.org.
